This is a six-month-old business doing 6 figures a month in revenue and growing. They create ads for DTC and ecom brands, but not in the way most agencies do. You would own the creative strategy process from the moment a client is onboarded. AI handles a good chunk of the initial research, so the human work starts where it matters: deciding on the angles to test, writing the scripts and copy, briefing the actors and UGC creators, watching the data, and iterating until something sticks.
