Responsibilities- Lead the overall strategy for creator community operations across the Middle East and Turkey, improving creator reach, go live activity, and revenue efficiency to drive sustainable business growth.
- Develop and iterate operational strategies based on creator lifecycle and tiered management goals, building clear growth paths and scalable operational mechanisms.
