Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of memos ensuring consistency, quality and alignment across the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and summarize borrower profiles, financial performance, risk factors and recommendations.
- Review and verify credit documentation following memos for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Analyze financial statements and other financial documents for covenant monitoring and financial updates to credit.
- Meet the service level agreement on turnaround time, reduce and improve rework rate and process-related errors to prescribed thresholds, and avoid policy-related errors to ensure delivery of optimum service standards.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Risk and Operations teams to facilitate smooth credit memo processing and resolution of queries.
