Credit Control_Collections Agent Pipeline

Outworx is looking for UK Credit Control/Collection Agents for a leading International UK campaign.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cape Town, CBD. You will be required to work as part of a team and individually to provide support to the relevant department clients, to responsibly manage overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensuring timely collection of debts while maintaining positive customer relationships, in accordance with company procedures and complaint and regulatory requirements.
