Job Title: Auction Debt Advisor / Credit Controller
Location: UK, Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Job Status: Permanent
Main Purpose of The Role
We are looking for an Auction Debt Advisor to join our busy team. Your role is to drive cash collections through positive engagement with our customers, providing best-in-class customer service to support the resolution of queries, minimising payment delays and ensuring the timely release of vehicles after point of payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Debt Chasing: Chase customers via phone and email to discuss late payments.
- Building relationships with customers to ensure payments are made without delays.
- Identify reasons for non-payment and support the process to resolve these.
- Escalate to the Legal Recoveries Manager any issues of concern.
