Credit Controller

Do you have credit control experience and are you open to working in a 12 month fixed term contract? Can you work in the Emersons Green area of Bristol 2 days a week on a hybrid working basis and start in the next 6 weeks? If this sounds like what you're looking for then we'd be keen to hear from you as due to growth our client is looking to bolster their B2C credit control function with several credit controllers to help with an ever increasing workload.

Responsibilities

• Handle credit control queries and provide accurate information.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email, demonstrating empathy and problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain thorough records and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Help manage an increasing workload within the credit control function.
