Credit Manager

The Credit Manager is responsible for the overarching health of the credit portfolio. This role moves

beyond individual assessments to leading the strategic direction of credit risk, ensuring robust DPD (Days

Past Due) management, and overseeing the end-to-end credit lifecycle. The position bridges the gap

between high-level compliance frameworks and granular risk monitoring within the non-banking financial

services industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess creditworthiness of prospective and existing clients using financial analysis, credit scoring, and risk assessment models.
• Approve or recommend credit limits and terms in line with delegated authority and company credit policy.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including DPD buckets, roll-forward/roll-back trends, and early warning signals.
