Team Management & Oversight:
Manage, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure optimal performance, effective workload distribution, and timely delivery of responsibilities.Conduct regular team reviews and governance meetings to monitor operational priorities, track key deliverables, and escalate critical matters to management when required.Act as a subject matter expert on complex credit arrangements, covenant frameworks, facility amendments, waivers, and exception handling.Function as the key point of escalation for covenant-related, compliance, and facility management issues raised by internal stakeholders.Covenant Administration & Risk Monitoring:
