Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled periodic reviews of an assigned portfolio with a focus on medium and high-risk portfolio merchants and ensure that no reviews are past due.
- Provide credit decision on matters related to existing merchant relationships in conformity with the Canadian and World-Wide Credit Policies and within $250,000 approval limit.
- Complete follow-up credit reviews of recently boarded merchants referred by Credit Underwriting.
- Re-adjudicate merchants due to ownership, legal name, bank account, signing officers or other changes for all direct and ESA merchants.
- Re-adjudicate accounts referred by the Risk Analysis team for violation of approved risk parameters (e.g., processing volume, average transaction size, high ticket, and card-not-present) as well as by the Risk Investigation and Fraud teams on other identified issues.
