Credit/Debit Controller- Cape Town

We are looking for a Credit Controller who can help the company maintain a healthy cash flow and reduce overdue debt.

This role is key to the company’s financial success — you’ll make sure money owed is collected on time and customers receive excellent service and communication.

You’ll handle accounts, manage queries, and ensure payments are up to date. The goal is simple: protect the company’s income while building good relationships with customers.

What You’ll Do

•Follow up daily on overdue accounts and unpaid invoices.

•Reconcile customer accounts and correct any errors or misallocated payments.

•Help convert cash-paying clients to debit orders to improve cash flow.

•Answer billing and account queries quickly and professionally.
