The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a Part-Time Crew Chief to lead and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who participate in our community-based janitorial services program. This position combines hands-on cleaning responsibilities with coaching, supervision, and skill development while working at contracted locations throughout Ocean County.
As a Crew Chief, you will travel between service sites, provide instruction and guidance to crew members, and help ensure cleaning assignments are completed safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards.
Schedule
+ Part-Time Position
+ Flexible schedule based on program and contract needs
+ Must be available to work at least one weekend shift each week
+ Evening and weekend availability required
Compensation
+ $22.25 per hour
+ Bi-weekly pay schedule
