Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including opening and
closing procedures.
Ensure adequate opening float cash and manage
cash transactions.Prepare and serve beverages and food per HQ
recipes and SOPs.
Ensure quality and presentation standards are
met.
Keep equipment clean and operational.Conduct daily stock takes and record inventory
accurately.Reconcile stock counts with records and report
discrepancies.
Manage inventory control, including ordering and
restocking.
Check and maintain café equipment and
facilities.
Document and communicate equipment malfunctions
and supply shortages.
Collaborate on solutions for reported issues.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
