Crisis and Recovery Worker

£12.85 per hour. Location: Liverpool, Merseyside. Full-Time or Part-Time.

Service Overview

Our service aims to provide a safe and secure environment for individuals at a crisis point in their mental health. Operating from 6pm every day of the year, our goal is to reduce hospitalisations, dependency on A&E departments and police resources. Utilizing a social model of support, our staff team will employ appropriate de-escalation and support techniques while promoting clients’ abilities to manage their coping strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to service users in or facing a mental health crisis.
• Identify and access opportunities for service users to gain independence and confidence.
