Our client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to hire a CRM Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities Managing the quote process as well as flow of quotes in the office and between the salespeople Tracking the quotes Updating customers on the quotes Updating customer on ETA's and deliveries Completing SBD documents for quotes Update internal sales systems ADHOC admin tasks Requirements Senior Certificate (essential) Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate Level or higher - Excel important (Formulas, V Lookup, Pivots, Access, Office, Outlook) Access experience Strong interpersonal skills (with clients, suppliers, and team members), good relationship building characteristics Excellent customer communication skills Accurate and attention to detail Able to multi-task Organised Honest and reliable Punctual Perform well under pressure African Language preferable Well presentableTo apply, use the link: #J-18808-Ljbffr
