Opportunity Description
This role sits within the Recruitment function as part of the Employer Branding Talent Attraction and Partnerships team. It plays a key role in operationalising our shift toward a proactive pipeline‑based talent attraction model. You will design and deliver targeted CRM engagement strategies building talent communities and nurturing candidate relationships across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with Recruitment, Corporate Communications, Marketing amp Brand and HR Technology teams, you will ensure the right candidates are engaged at the right time with the right message. This is a hands‑on role focused on campaign design and execution, optimisation and performance with a clear impact on pipeline quality, recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
