Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of CRM/CDM strategies, including audience segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle planning to drive engagement and database growth.
- Plan and execute data-driven customer journeys across CRM touchpoints (e.g., email marketing), from strategy to implementation.
- Analyze campaign performance and user data to generate actionable insights and continuous optimization plans.
- Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution, including briefing, production, QA, and deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Developers, Data) and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely delivery of CRM/CDM initiatives.
