CRM Marketing Lead

Maidstone Location. Initially on-site, hybrid 2-3 days from home post-probation. Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, DOE. Client: Memory & Data Storage Supplier.

The Opportunity

A unique opportunity to build and scale a revenue growth engine from the ground up. Reporting into the Marketing Lead, the CRM Marketing Lead will take ownership of CRM, marketing operations and funnel design, creating a scalable foundation that drives pipeline and performance. Once established, you’ll focus on continuous improvement, automation and AI-led optimisation, rather than day-to-day campaign execution.
