Opportunity Description
- Responsible for Lazada MY CRM operations, devising and executing PUSH and Email strategy E2E for DAU growth.
- Developing Localized notification framework with scenario, segment, topic, contents across user journey to enhance CRM recall efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams for push requests fulfillment and campaign promotions support.
- Data analysis on push performance metrics to adjust actions and find out opportunities immediatly.
- Research and explore customer insight as well market trends to initiate new solution approach together with regional ops, product and tech teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with CRM experience in e-commerce or related industry is preferred.
- Excellent content ops ability to craft engaging Malay and English content.
- Result‑driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, data analysis and strategy optimization.
