About the Role
An international leading FX Broker is seeking a motivated and analytical CRM Specialist to manage and enhance CRM operations support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the growth and retention of the customer base. The role requires a strong understanding of CRM workflows within Forex or financial services and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CRM system including implementation maintenance workflow configuration and system upgrades to improve efficiency.
- Analyse customer data and behavioural patterns to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and streamlined customer experience across all touchpoints.
