Opportunity Description
We are seeking a results-driven CRM Specialist with proven experience in Optimove within the i Gaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing data-driven CRM strategies to drive player acquisition, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value through targeted, automated campaigns. Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy & Execution Plan, build, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App). Manage automated player lifecycle journeys (onboarding, retention, churn prevention, VIP, reactivation). Develop segmentation strategies based on player behaviour, value, and lifecycle stage. Ensure timely campaign deployment aligned with promotional calendars. Optimove Management Build and manage campaigns within Optimove. Create dynamic target groups using behavioural and predictive data. Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance.
