Opportunity Description
Your role
- Install configure and maintain software applications on Windows Server and various Linux distributions (e.g. Ubuntu CentOS RHEL).
- Build and deploy applications using appropriate toolchains on both platforms.
- Create and maintain automation scripts for deployment and configuration (e.g. PowerShell Bash Ansible etc.).
- Manage OS-level configuration package installations and security updates.
- Troubleshoot system and application issues logs and performance metrics.
- Work with development and operations teams to support the full application lifecycle.
- Document installation and configuration procedures across platforms.
- Maintain version control of configuration scripts and deployment pipelines.
- 5 years of experience in a systems engineering or DevOps role supporting both Windows Server and Linux environments.
