Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals.
- Research and recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, stateroom categories, and vacation packages.
- Coordinate cruise reservations, dining requests, shore excursions, transfers, travel protection, and pre/post-cruise accommodations.
- Provide clients with accurate pricing, promotions, and travel documentation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after travel.
- Stay informed on cruise industry trends, destinations, supplier promotions, and travel requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise suppliers and industry partners.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
