Knowledge & Training Management

  • Lead Knowledge Management initiatives for EUV UIR and DUV UIR domains.
  • Plan, organize with GTC on training programs, including qualification and follow-up.
  • Design and execute cross‑competency training to enhance EUV / DUV workforce flexibility.
  • Coordinate and maintain Safety Training compliance in alignment with UIR requirements.
  • Drive AE (Associate Engineer) training framework, including onboarding, skill ramp‑up, and qualification paths.

    • Skill Development & Monitoring

  • Own skill level tracking, including definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Drive skill maturity progression in alignment with business demand and operation readiness.
  • Establish and maintain SMT (Skill Management Tool) monitoring, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
