We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to join a busy housing development in Nottingham.
Location: Nottingham
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time (site hours)
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE
- Previous experience in handyman or multi-trade work
- Ability to carry out a range of maintenance and finishing tasks
- Strong awareness of site safety
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
Duties
- General snagging and finishing works
- Basic carpentry and repairs
- Installing fixtures and fittings
- Patch painting and making good
- Assisting site management as required
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures
