Job Summary
Manage larger team with span of control of minimum 25 direct reports Required to manage team(s) of CSMs in more than 1 market, at minimum 2 markets with higher complexity Represent Head CSM in specific contexts and/or act as Deputy to Head CSM in his/her absence with the following skillsets, knowledge and responsibilities: Must have excellent stakeholder management skills and is expected to advise senior stakeholders and coordinate inter-departmental initiatives Able to influence Business Division and Business Function leaders as key stakeholders in setting and managing expectations Frequent interaction with senior leaders (band 4 and above) and at times, ability to influence behaviour of middle managers with high level of interpersonal skills in managing conflict and drive progress forward Be nimble and display simple and clear communication skills in delivering messages to different levels of audience to achieve common agreed outcomes Technical expert and known interna...
