As a Food Service Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring efficient service delivery and full compliance with Public Health and Long-Term Care standards. You’ll provide visible leadership during meal service, supporting team performance, monitoring quality, and ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.

You’ll be responsible for people management, including scheduling, training, and performance management, while ensuring alignment with collective agreements and Ministry guidelines.
