Opportunity Description
Mission
Member of Global Commercial Technical Support Training Team based in Sant Cugat Offices, collaborating closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders. This position will interact with the CTS Team from different countries worldwide and distributors. Will also interact with other CTS Teams such as GRT, Trainers and suppliers.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Content Development
- Design digital educational content for online courses following the company guidelines.
- Work with LMS platforms (Moodle, Successfactors Learning and similar)
- Create challenges, simulations, gamified dynamics, and applied activities.
- Produce and coordinate multimedia materials: videos, infographics, podcasts, animations, or H5P activities.
- Ensure pedagogical coherence, clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness in all materials.
