CUI is seeking a Fiber Installer to join our growing and expanding team in Nashville, TN.
In this role, you will complete residential fiber installations, configure Wi-Fi equipment, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This position is ideal for technicians with in-home installation or low-voltage experience who are comfortable working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily customer-facing appointments installing and troubleshooting fiber services
- Install, splice, and terminate fiber optic cabling in indoor and outdoor environments
- Set up Wi-Fi routers and home networking equipment
- Use diagnostic tools to test cabling and resolve in-field issues
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customer product and service recommendations
