Cultivation Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced Cultivation Supervisor to own and drive the plant science at our GMP‑compliant commercial cannabis facility in Modimolle. This hands‑on cultivation leadership role requires deep expertise in controlled‑environment crop production and a deep understanding of plants, not just processes. You will be responsible for the full cultivation cycle, from propagation to harvest, ensuring consistent quality, health, and yield in a regulated pharmaceutical‑grade environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and continuously refine end‑to‑end cultivation protocols across all growth stages — propagation, vegetative, flowering, and harvest.
• Manage and optimize environmental parameters, including temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, lighting schedules, and fertigation to maximize plant health and yield.
