The Culture Catalyst will be responsible for creating an engaging, inspiring, and people-centric work environment that enhances employee experience, strengthens organizational culture, drives engagement, and promotes collaboration across all DSP studios.
This role goes beyond traditional HR and focuses on building meaningful employee connections, driving cultural initiatives, promoting learning, and supporting leadership in creating a vibrant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement & Experience
Design and execute annual Employee Engagement Calendar.
Create innovative employee experience initiatives across studios.
Drive employee satisfaction, belongingness, and workplace happiness.
Conduct pulse surveys and engagement assessments.
Analyze feedback and recommend action plans.
Improve onboarding and employee lifecycle experience.
Build recognition and appreciation programs.
