Position Overview
Culture, Engagement & Performance Analyst – grade P3, located in the Employee Experience Unit, Talent Management Service, Human Resources Management Department.
The role provides analytical and programmatic support to WIPO's culture, engagement, diversity, and performance management functions through strong analytical capability and digital fluency. It designs and administers measurement instruments, converts data into insights, and supports the planning and delivery of programs that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Organizational Context
The position is located in the Employee Experience Unit of the Talent Management Service, Human Resources Management Department (HRMD). The Talent Management Service prepares a future-ready and skilled workforce, contributing to the delivery of an agile, innovative workforce whose performance is aligned with WIPO’s short‑ and long‑term goals.
