Job Summary
Lead the curriculum design team to develop and implement sector-relevant training programs that strengthen the ILTC workforce. Mentor developers, collaborate with SMEs, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based blended learning solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the curriculum development team to conduct needs analysis, design instructional materials, and implement blended learning solutions that meet ILTC workforce requirements
Drive the adoption of standardized curriculum design frameworks to ensure alignment with current industry practices and training effectiveness
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify ILTC training needs and develop tailored, evidence-based content
Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure learning outcomes are effective, efficient, and engaging for diverse learners
