Curtain Sales Manager

Role Overview: The Curtaining Sales Manager will lead the curtaining department, overseeing sales, operations, and team performance while providing expert advice on home dcor solutions. Responsibilities Include: Manage daily operations of the curtaining department Lead and motivate team members Drive sales and achieve departmental targets Advise customers on fabric selection, measurements, and installation options Oversee stock management and supplier coordination Ensure high standards of merchandising and customer service Requirements Key Requirements: 2-3 years of retail sales experience in curtaining, dcor, or home textiles Grade 12 / Matric (essential) Supervisory or management experience in retail Strong sales and leadership skills Excellent product knowledge and customer advisory ability Highly organised and detail-oriented
