**What you’ll do**

+ Perform routine, basic building maintenance
+ Complete work orders for repairs such as fixing doors/handles, replacing hardware, and changing light bulbs
+ Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and report maintenance issues
+ Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas throughout the shift
+ Restock supplies (paper products, soap, liners) and flag low inventory to supervisor<...
