Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab is seeking a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join our team!

Position SummaryThe Custodian is responsible for supporting the overall cleanliness, safety, and operations of the facility. This position assists with resident moves, facility event setup, trash and recycling removal, delivery and storage of incoming items, minor maintenance requests, floor care, and maintaining the safety and appearance of the facility and grounds.

Essential Responsibilities Include:• Completing remedial and scheduled work orders• Maintaining accurate and timely records of labor and completed work• Reporting repeated concerns and equipment issues to management• Assisting with resident room moves and furniture relocation• Setting up and breaking down facility events• Trash, recycling, medical waste, and hazardous waste collection and storage• Delivering and storing incoming supplies and equipment• Handling minor maintenance reques...
