Opportunity Description

We’re looking for someone to own and grow our existing customer accounts in the Philippines. This role sits at the center of client relationships, product adoption, and account expansion, with a clear focus on long-term retention and growth.

You’ll act as the primary point of contact for key customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure clients see consistent value from our platform while identifying opportunities to expand our partnership.

What You’ll Do

Account Ownership & Relationship Management

Own and manage a portfolio of key and strategic existing customer accounts.

Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders across levels.

Act as the primary escalation and coordination point for client needs.
