On behalf of a valued client, a leading company in the financial sector, we are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Advisor 100%.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English.
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
- Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.
