Opportunity Description

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, or chat.
- Accurately address a wide range of questions and translate issues into effective solutions.
- Make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe to create the perfect ambiance in their homes.
- Gather and record customer data, manage orders, shipments and returns or warranty claims in the CRM system.
- Receive initial training and then work independently.
