Opportunity Description
Charge+ is a leading integrated EV charging solution provider for Singapore and Southeast Asia, with the mission to catalise the proliferation of electric mobility in this region. Our suite of integrated solutions include a proprietary ultra-slim charger, smart charging software and innovative business models. Charge+ will implement 30,000 charging points across Southeast Asia by 2030, including 16,000 in Singapore alone. Today, Charge+ operates in six countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email promptly and professionally.
- Provide step-by-step assistance to customers on using the company’s EV charging stations and mobile app.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with EV chargers including connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and payment processing errors.
