Customer Care Receptionist - Minchinbury, NSW

Doors Plus is an Australian owned company which has been in operation since 1989. We currently have 22 stores located across Australia and are the largest seller of retail doors in the country. We are well known for our No Fuss! brand and are considered an industry leader in the home renovation door market. 

This role requires:

• Someone who has excellent verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, and professional written manner for both in house and customer correspondence.
• Confidence with phone systems - headsets, using hold, and transferring calls etc.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• The ability to communicate details via email or other platform while actively listening and engaging with a customer.
• A person who excels in time management and can distinguish priority tasks.
