HGS is looking for enthusiastic customer service representatives to support our clients during the World Cup 2026. As an English Customer Service Advisor, you will work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering a positive impact on customers’ daily experiences. Your training will enable you to confidently handle inquiries, identify customer needs, recommend products or services, exercise emotional intelligence, and continuously enhance overall customer satisfaction.
