Customer Care & Retail Assistant- Cashier & VIP Card Expert

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a dedicated team member to provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective shop operations. The role includes managing stock levels and serving as a cashier while promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card.

The ideal candidate should possess a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and be adaptable to shift work including weekends and holidays. A minimum education of PMR/PT3/SKM is required, along with the ability to speak both Bahasa Melayu and English.
