You'll be the first point of contact for AU clients, manage high-volume queries, and collaborate with a dynamic Melbourne-based team – all while shaping seamless operations across the region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for AU clients and workers.
• Handle high-volume inbound & outbound calls via Teams.
• Record and manage case details in internal systems.
• Liaise with internal teams and elevate issues when needed.
• Support HR processes over time and gain exposure to compliance fundamentals.
• Collaborate with the Melbourne team and step in to help where required.

Working Hours

7am-4pm (aligned to AU hours)
