We're partnering with a global payroll & workforce solutions organisation to hire a Customer Care Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. Step into a role where your customer care skills make a real difference. You'll be the first point of contact for AU clients, manage high-volume queries, and collaborate with a dynamic Melbourne-based team – all while shaping seamless operations across the region.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for AU clients and workers.
- Handle high-volume inbound & outbound calls via Teams.
- Record and manage case details in internal systems.
- Liaise with internal teams and elevate issues when needed.
- Support HR processes over time and gain exposure to compliance fundamentals.
- Collaborate with the Melbourne team and step in to help where required.
Working Hours
7am-4pm (aligned to AU hours)
