+ Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018
+ Pay: $18/hour
Schedule
+ Training Schedule (first 2 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
+ Regular Schedule (after training): Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
+ Rotational Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
+ When working a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided between Tuesday and Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Delight Representative at Feldco, you'll be engaging directly with customers over the phone. Your role is hands-on and requires clear, concise communication not only with customers but also with various departments within Feldco to rapidly resolve any outstanding issues and provide customers with delight!
