Scope of Responsibility

The Customer Development Representative/Executive is responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Colgate and a group of customers/stores in an assigned territory or in a given geography for a key account in order to deliver net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets.

Customer Relationship

• Building relationships with key contacts (e.g., buyers, store managers) and providing customers with objective and trustworthy analysis of their business in order to ensure that Customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Colgate products that receive optimal exposure at the retail store level.
