Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility Installs, repairs and maintains hardware of ATMs and related devices. Produces and maintains equipment performance/activity reports and installs modifications. Provides multi‑vendor maintenance. Maintains day‑to‑day customer relationships; updates customers on equipment modifications; escalates issues. Diagnoses problems – based on the information provided in assigned call as well as working with the customer to determine all issues at the site.
