Responsibilities Installs, repairs and maintains hardware of ATM’s and related devices. Produces and maintains equipment performance/activity reports and installs modifications. Provides multi‑vendor maintenance. Maintains day‑to‑day customer relationships; updates customers on equipment modifications; escalates issues. Diagnoses problems based on information provided in assigned calls and works with customers to determine all issues at the site. Owns customer issues until resolution in accordance with SLA agreements.
