Customer Experience Lead – End-to-End Hire (Dubai)

Aggreko Middle East is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team in Dubai. This role involves managing the customer service process and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout their rental orders.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a business environment and great communication skills. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other ERP/CRM systems is essential. The position also involves team management and customer satisfaction focus.
