We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Expert to join our team in Bogotá for a Collections Backoffice role. The Collections Back-Office Team supports complex, non-customer-facing collections activities across Mobility and Broadband/Telco accounts.
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for managing legally sensitive and operationally critical workflows, including bankruptcy, litigation preparation, outside collection agency (OCA) support, and offline worklist processing. The position ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies while minimizing financial risk, supporting recovery efforts, and maintaining high service levels across internal and external partners.
