Customer Journey & Campaign Strategist Expert

At ING we are looking for a Customer Journey & Campaign Strategist Expert to join our Digital Sales Hub Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end campaign strategy to accelerate product sales across the funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion). Ensure alignment between business objectives, messaging, channels, and activation timing.
• Design and optimize customer journeys focused on conversion, identifying key entry points, moments, and commercial levers. Improve existing journeys based on performance, friction points, and data‑driven insights.
• Analyze customer behaviours to define target audiences and priority cohorts. Build and evolve CDP audiences, ensuring correct activation across campaigns and journeys. Prioritize audiences with the highest sales impact.
